To address the urgent need for industrial decarbonisation, around 40 institutions and industrial partners came together in early 2021 under the leadership of AVENIA(1) to develop a regional programme for the energy transition.
As part of a proactive approach to reducing carbon emissions, PICTUrS, which unites around 40 AVENIA members, aims to launch exploratory studies and nurture them into concrete industrial projects. These efforts contribute directly to reducing CO2 emissions and combatting climate change.
PICTUrS has been specifically designed to incubate regional industrial projects. By fostering collaborative innovation and adopting a long-term vision, PICTUrS coordinates and monitors working groups and studies, drawing on the expertise and resources of the AVENIA cluster, its network of experts, and its partners.
